This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable and conscientious Exam and Assessment Officer. You will be responsible for managing the effective and efficient administration of external examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations (on behalf of the JCQ member awarding bodies) and/or awarding body rules for exams administration in a consistent and secure fashion, thereby helping to maintain the integrity of the assessment process.
To be responsible for all aspects of the organisation of internal and external examinations, including the recruitment, training and deployment of invigilators and the security of examination papers; and the effective distribution of certificates.
You will be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, and you will have good communication skills with students, parents and teachers alike. You will also support the Data Manager in the effective running of Data Management for the Academy whilst promoting our values and ethos.
