Join our team as a Facilities Assistant!

Are you looking for a hands-on role that makes a real difference in your community? We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Facilities Assistant to help maintain the buildings and grounds of our schools in Sutton Coldfield (all within a 5-minute walk of each other).

What you’ll do:

  • Support school events and hires, ensuring everything is set up and secure.
  • Assist with maintenance tasks and minor repairs to keep our schools in top shape.
  • Work alongside a dedicated team to uphold health and safety standards.
  • Participate in groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance to create a welcoming environment.

Hours and days of work:

  • We have three shift patterns which rotate. These are 6am – 2pm, 10am – 6pm and 2pm – 10pm.
  • You’ll work Monday to Friday and may be required to work the occasional weekend to cover for weekend colleagues.
