An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced and committed individual to join our School as the Finance Assistant.
This position will be joining the Director of Finance, the Financial Controller and the Senior Finance Assistant who currently make up the Finance Department. John Lyon uses Oasis accounting software and SAP Concur for the processing of purchase invoices.
Also liaising closely with the Bursar, Head and Prep School Headmaster, to ensure the implementation of an HR Strategy that supports the School strategic plan, undertake workforce planning, support and advise on employee relations issues and regularly undertake policy development.
