We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Foundation Stage (FS) Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to support children’s development in literacy, numeracy, and personal growth.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching Foundation Stage or Early Years.
- A teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Passion for early years education and child development.
