Job overview
We are looking to appoint a full-time Head Gardener to work with our team of ground staff to ensure all outdoor areas are maintained to the highest standard, and to work with the Estates Manager to implement a long term sustainability plan for the Estate.
The role will primarily be based outdoors in all weather conditions and you will be required to perform physical tasks as part of your role.
A flexible approach to hours will be required as the role will work 5 days over a 7-day period to include working 1 or 2 weekends per month.
