About the role
The Head of Admissions & Marketing – to develop and deliver the overall marketing and admissions strategy for each school. This role is a vital leadership role within the business and will drive performance, pupil roll and the reputation of the school. The role requires a high degree of strategic insight of catchment/demographic analysis, brand evaluation, and the identification opportunities to improve the product offer and pupil roll. The role holder will be required to create strong, working relationships with the ability to implement change at our schools and in partnership with European colleagues.
This is a role with a high level of accountability and the key measures of success will be as follows: -
· Delivery of the marketing strategy aligned to the school strategic plan.
· Enquiry volumes
· Pupil growth
· Brand awareness (web visits and social media followers)
This role reports into the Executive Principal
Who we are looking for:
· A Marketing degree or equivalent related work experience within a similar Marketing role.
· Excellent commercial awareness
· A proven strategic thinker who can brief, interpret and analyse data and insight.
· Good analytical and numerical skills.
· Excellent social and presentation skills.
· Excellent level of written and spoken English
· Strategic and tactical marketing experience.
· Experience within a customer service industry where delivery of the experience is paramount to success.
· Experience of a sales led environment.
· Experience of developing local marketing campaigns, planning and booking media.

ISZN International School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational independent all-through school with sixth form in Switzerland, serving students from the age of 3-18. The all-through school is situated in Wallisellen, nearby to the city of Zurich. It is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School.
ISZN International School was established in 1999. The school offers an international curriculum taught in English, with pupils going on to sit IGCSE exams and A levels. Small class sizes are offered with a 1:8 teacher, student ratio. There are over 40 nationalities represented at the school. Facilities include a library, art room, science labs and access to a swimming pool at local sports centre.
