We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Arabic and MOE Subjects, leading the Arabic and Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of the Arabic and MOE curriculum in alignment with the Ministry of Education standards.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and assessment of Arabic language and MOE subjects, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Arabic teachers, providing professional development and support where needed.
- Collaborate with academic leadership to ensure integration of Arabic and MOE subjects within the broader school curriculum.
- Develop strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement in Arabic and MOE subjects.
- Promote and uphold the school’s ethos, vision, and values in the delivery of Arabic and MOE curriculum.
- Manage the Arabic department budget, resources, and materials efficiently.
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities related to Arabic language and culture.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, ensuring regular communication about students’ progress and school events.
- Ensure compliance with all Ministry of Education regulations and standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic or Education, with a specialization in Arabic language or relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Bachelor of Education).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching Arabic and MOE subjects, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the Ministry of Education’s curriculum and guidelines.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of educators.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
