Head of Early Years (PreK-KG2)

Impact American School is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Head of PreK-KG2 to oversee our early years team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the foundation years in a child-centered, innovative learning environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• A fully qualified teacher with a degree in Education (Bachelors or Masters or PGCE), specialising in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in Early Years education.
• A strong understanding of child development and early years frameworks, particularly the American curriculum.
• High proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A leader who can inspire and mentor staff, establish clear goals, and create a nurturing environment for young learners.
• A passion for creating engaging, play-based learning experiences that foster children’s growth and curiosity.

What We Would Really Like:

• Experience in the UAE or an international school setting.
• Professional development in leadership, Early Years education, or curriculum development.
• Experience in founding or developing new programs or schools.
• Familiarity with integrating play-based learning with academic readiness.
