Head of Elementary (Grades 1 to 5)

Impact American School is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Head of Elementary to lead our Grades 1 to 5 team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of elementary education in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• A fully qualified teacher with a degree in Education (Bachelors or Masters or PGCE).
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a middle or senior role, preferably in Grades 1 to 5.
• A comprehensive understanding of the American curriculum and AERO standards, including differentiation and assessment strategies.
• High proficiency in English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proven leader who can support teacher development, and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
• A nurturing leader who can foster curiosity, creativity, and academic growth in young learners.
• Skilled in using data to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.
• A passion for developing both the academic and emotional wellbeing of students.

What We Would Really Like:

• Experience with implementing innovative teaching strategies and technology integration in classrooms.

• Experience in an international or UAE-based school.
