Tarleton Academy are looking for an exceptional leader to join our dedicated team and lead our department. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the historical understanding and curiosity of our students while fostering a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.
As the Head of History, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of an engaging, rigorous, and inclusive history curriculum.
- Inspire and mentor our talented history teachers to achieve outstanding results.
- Foster a passion for history in students
What we’re looking for:
- A proven track record of excellence in teaching history.
- Strong leadership skills with desirable experience in curriculum development and team management.
- A passion for history and the ability to inspire students and colleagues alike.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
