This selective, co-educational day school, caters for students aged 3 – 18. The School is located within the prestigious Sobha Hartland Development, close to the Burj Khalifa and ‘Downtown’ area of Dubai and boasts state-of-the-art facilities.

NLCS Dubai seeks a dynamic, well-qualified, and highly committed Head of Junior School. The Head of Junior School is the educational and administrative leader of the Junior School. He/She will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Junior School, shaping its academic and extracurricular programme, building a high-quality team of teaching staff, establishing and further developing a culture of excellence, leading the Junior School's operations and developing strong and positive relationships within and outside the School community.

The successful candidate will also ensure that the qualities of the IB Learner Profile and the core academic skills of research and inquiry are embedded within the curriculum. It is essential that the Head of Junior School has the ability of ensuring that a high-quality educational experience is available for all students who attend the School and that they are able to make the most of their talents.

All members of staff are expected to be involves in pastoral care within the School community and to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school.
