About You:
As the Head of Marketing and Pupil Recruitment Strategy, you will be an experienced and dynamic marketing expert with expertise in brand development and management. You will be playing a crucial role in shaping and delivering our strategy where your efforts will directly contribute to the Trust’s vision and long-term objectives. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to promote and enhance the reputation and brand of our Trust and schools.
We’re on the lookout for an individual with experience in:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with an organisation’s visions, values and objectives.
- Establishing a brand identity and ability to distinguish an organisation from its competitors and extract the unique selling points.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to redefine marketing strategies.
- Executing engaging content and the ability to create consistency across brand activities and marketing materials.

Requirements:
To apply for the Head of Marketing and Pupil Recruitment Strategy opportunity, you must:
- Be educated to Degree level of equivalent.
- Have extensive experience in a marketing role, with experience in education or a similar field, such as other education providers, charity sector or governmental organisation.
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including Canva, website and content management systems, and social media platforms.
