As Head of Music, you will:

Support and development:
At Heartlands, we use School IP to track and support training and ongoing CPD. Depending on your need and level of experience, you will be placed on a training pathway.
The CPD plan is released in September each year and includes a range of internal training sessions before and after school as well as on inset days.
