HLTA – PE and Enrichment

We are seeking to appoint a talented HLTA PE and Enrichment.

Salary range: £25178.93 - £28,300.93(pt 18-21)

Contract Type: 44.6 weeks (Term Time only) working 35 hours per week on a permanent contact

Role Overview:

The HLTA for PE and Enrichment will plan and lead engaging lessons, supporting students' physical and social development, and adapt activities to ensure inclusivity. The HLTA also collaborate with teachers and other support staff to integrate PE and enrichment into the broader curriculum, fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment. Additionally, they will monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies to help each child achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have the ability to tailor activities and lessons to meet the varying needs and abilities of students
• Demonstrate a deep understanding and sensitivity towards the unique challenges faced by SEND students, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment.
• Bring innovative ideas and a positive attitude to the development and delivery of PE and enrichment activities, inspiring students to participate and enjoy learning.
