This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Applications are invited for the post of HR Coordinator, working as part of the HR Department at Marlborough College.

The HR Coordinator should be experienced in a variety of HR and recruitment administrative duties, with a high level of attention to detail and experience of supporting and coordinating the operations of our employee lifecycle. 

The College welcomes applications from candidates who would like to pursue an Apprenticeship, or recent Graduates who are interested in developing their career in Human Resources. Candidates should be CIPD level 3 qualified or have equivalent qualifications/skills gained through experience and be willing to study towards a Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualification.
