We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, HR assistant to work at our growing SEN school across two bases - one in Kettering and one in Thrapston. We offer high quality training and support, a real focus on relationships, pupil need and a great outcomes.

Stone Lodge Therapeutic School is a growing independent SEN school for children aged 11-17 near Kettering. Our pupils are generally high functioning autistic or have a diagnosis of ADHD.

This new role involves the oversight and development of all human resources, processing new staff and, at times, general admin support. The role is term time plus 2 weeks (41 weeks of the year).

We strongly believe that by going the extra mile we can transform the lives of vulnerable young people and give them the future they deserve. It is currently rated "outstanding" in two categories by Ofsted.
