Treloar’s is a charity which runs one of the UK’s largest specialist education centres for young disabled people to live and learn. Through our school and college, we offer students the opportunity to fully take part in life and achieve their aspirations.

We are looking to recruit an ICT Technician to work alongside the Senior Technician to maintain an efficient and reliable ICT platform, meeting the needs of students and staff at Treloar’s.

You will be responsible for the deployment, configuration and testing of ICT systems, equipment, peripherals and software with consideration for performance and efficiency.

The successful candidate must have at least 1 years’ experience in ICT related work and be experienced but not necessarily certified to MCP standard.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Windows 10/11 Professional
  • MDM administration, iOS + Andriod
  • Building, repairing, upgrading and maintaining server, desktop and laptop platforms
  • Imaging/cloning technologies
  • Installation, diagnosis and maintenance of PC attached peripherals, printers, scanners
  • Maintaining AV equipment and setups
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
