Lead Learning Support Assistant. Paid: NJC Grade 7: £37,068 (Pro rata - 44.26 weeks) 36 Hours per week Term time. (Including Outer London Weighting)

Little Heath School is a secondary school for pupils with autism and or complex learning and behavioral needs located in pleasant leafy surroundings on the edge of the London Borough of Redbridge.

 We are looking for a Lead Learning Support Assistant to work closely with class teachers in supporting individuals and to co-ordinate a team of LSAs in providing support intervention, monitoring and reviewing student progress.

 Experience in dealing with SEN complex needs and challenging behaviors is essential. 

 Little Heath School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. Such posts will require a DBS disclosure check and references will be taken up prior to interview.
