Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Fixed term until 31st July 2025
Hours: 4.5 per day / 22.5hrs a week
Breakfast Club: 1.5hrs (7.15am – 8.45am) – Club starts at 7.30am to 8.30am (15 mins either side to set up / pack down)
After School Club: (3pm – 6pm) Club starts at 3.20 – 6pm (20 mins to set up)
Salary: £29,301 FTE

The role:
To support the Wrap-Around Lead to deliver an outstanding provision for pupils in the breakfast and afterschool club provision. To Ensure the safety and welfare of pupils through the modelling of appropriate behaviours, direct instruction, and adult led play.
As a Playworker, you will play a crucial role in delivering childcare provision to those booked onto our clubs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, providing personal care, food offering, supporting with first aid management, and ensuring the overall well-being of those under your care.
Duties:
- Help children with snack preparation and feeding when necessary
- Engage children in meaningful activities and provide companionship
- Communicate effectively with children and their families
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for children
- Use IT systems for registration and reporting
