Assessors write reports following each visit which will include a lesson observation record, areas of teaching strengths and targets for development of practice. There is also an expectation that the Assessor will quality assure the mentoring and offer guidance too, in collaboration with the iPGCE team at Tes Institute.

Work is issued on a consulting basis and rates of pay are competitive.
