Qualifications Required:

  • Hold a Masters or BA Hons with QTS/PGCE/equivalent from an International University.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Suitable for both Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and experienced educators.
  • Hold a Spanish working permit or EU passport.
  • International applicants are encouraged to apply; assistance with immigration procedures is available.

Application Process:

First Interview: Conducted online via Google Meets with the Head of Studies and Director.

Proposal Offer: Sent upon interest; acceptance leads to the second interview phase or moving to the third phase.

Second Interview: Held with a senior leadership team member.

Third Phase: Visit the school to meet the team, students, and conduct a 45-minute trial lesson, or submit an online learning portfolio including a teaching video.

Reference Checks: Conducted by contacting two schools.

Final Phase: Organising paperwork and pre-contracts.
