From FTE £29,777 plus outer fringe allowance of £689 per annum
Actual pro rata salary approx. £26,761 (pay award pending)

The Governors are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Manager for our Key Stage 3 pupils. The successful applicant will provide administrative and practical assistance to the Deputy Headteacher – Pastoral and the Heads of Year in enforcing school rules, maintaining discipline and promoting attendance whilst providing students with excellent pastoral care and support. This role involves working closely with staff, students, parents, carers and other agencies to promote student progress, attendance and wellbeing.
The successful applicant will have relevant experience of working with pupils aged 11 – 16 from a range of backgrounds and will also have a detailed knowledge and understanding of all school procedures and policies.
