About the role
As a KS2 Teacher, you will be inspirational and dedicated, teaching up to Scholarship level to prepare pupils for exams to a range of selective senior schools. You will be committed to high standards of teaching and learning, able to inspire and motivate our children to develop their full potential. This will involve fully supporting the policies and aims of the School and ensuring the personal, social, emotional and physical development of every child. Additionally, being a team player who is positive and proactive with good interpersonal skills and a willing approach to sharing and developing best practice.
Key responsibilities include planning, preparing and delivering high quality education through courses and lessons, participating in relevant administrative and organisational tasks and maintaining good order and discipline among the pupils and safeguarding their Health and Safety.

Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will have achieved a sound academic standard and proven ability as an excellent classroom teacher. You will also have excellent communication, organisation and competent ICT skills. Possessing an up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance in relation to working with, and the protection of, children and young people is also essential.
