Job overview
The Role
To lead, coordinate, and develop the school's swimming programme and inspire a lifelong passion for swimming in our students. This role will focus on planning an exciting and engaging swimming journey for all students at DBS from Early Years to our Senior School where we achieve the twin aims of ensuring all of our students are competent swimmers and enjoy their swim experiences in lessons, clubs and competitions. You will ensure adherence to the highest standards of safety, staff management, and excellence in training, in line with rigorous UK systems. Additionally you will oversee our thriving co-curricular programme including additional after-school and holiday swimming sessions, and managing all swim-related activities including annual Swim Galas. Additionally, the Lead Swim Coach will handle the administration of all competitions and collaborate closely with the Director of Sport.
Remuneration
The successful candidate will receive excellent salary and benefits commensurate with their experience.
