An ability to empathise with students who have difficulties with communication and social skills is essential.
Candidates should possess a good standard of education, initiative and an ability to communicate well with both teaching staff and students. However, we would consider requests to work either 18 or 24 hours and the ability to work a Friday would be an advantage. Please state the number of hours and days that you are able to work in your supporting statement which is part of the application form.
