We are looking for 2 inspiring Lecturers in Travel, Aviation and Hospitality to join our Travel, Aviation and Hospitality department based at our main site in West Bromwich on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year 24/25.

As part of this role you will deliver a range of Travel, Aviation and Hospitality units with the ability to be flexible in teaching Level 1 – 3 in line with the college’s aims and objectives for this area’s curriculum plan. You will work closely with management, colleagues and students to ensure success for both college and students. Your confidence and excellent communication skills will also ensure a great partnership with our stakeholders too.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous experience in the Travel and Hospitality sector to help shape the future of our department. We are a growing department with a motivated, hardworking and welcoming team. Not only will you be leading tutorship on the course and sharing your experience and knowledge but you will be creating opportunities for students, including work experience. You will be motivated and have great interpersonal skills and an ability to engage, motivate and support mixed ability learners. You will also engage in residentials and enrichment trips (including oversees) as part of your role.

An academic background in Travel or Aviation would be fantastic, along with a recognised teaching qualification, (L5 or above). We are looking for individuals who can inspire our students with passion and enthusiasm.
