About the role 

The Lecturer - Group Lead is responsible for delivering the best imaginable teaching, learning and assessment experience for our students on our Level 4 Digital Marketing for Fashion course. The Level 4 Digital Marketing for Fashion course teaches our students how marketing strategies are developed and implemented at different levels.

As Group Lead, you will lead and develop successful and innovative pedagogy, with a focus on high standards and best possible student outcomes. You will be accountable for the success of the students in your groups and support, challenge and stretch their achievements. Successful candidates for this role will be able to deliver hands on practical learning as well as the relevant theory and context. 

We are open to Full-Time or Part-Time applications. Teaching days will be Monday - Thursday with a remote admin day on a Friday.


About you 

  • You will have good knowledge in all areas of digital marketing or marketing.
  • You will have a multi-disciplinary background and in-depth knowledge of the best Learning, Teaching, Assessment and Feedback practices or have expert, contemporary industry knowledge. 
  • You will be creative and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • You will have outstanding current knowledge of subject areas and Fashion Retail landscape. 
  • You will have teaching experience within an educational setting (ideally Post-16) or willingness to complete a teaching qualification course upon appointment. 


It is not essential to have a PGCE/teaching qualification, or experience of teaching in a further educational setting, however, this would be beneficial. The calibre of professional experience applicants bring is critical and therefore, we also welcome applications from those with strong industry experience who are hugely passionate and dedicated to commencing a career in teaching.

Salary: 

Part-Time FTE 0.525 - From £17,010 to £18,900 per annum

Full-Time FTE 1.05 - From £34,020 to £37,800 per annum
