Lettings Officer

Bexhill Academy is seeking a Lettings Officer to complement the work of our existing Facilities Team. 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

·      Flexibility, reliability, calmness under pressure and enthusiasm to work with the general public as well as the Parents, Pupils and Staff of Bexhill Academy

·      Attention to detail

·      Able to manage resources effectively

·      Organisational skills

·      General level of physical fitness

·      Able to use own initiative and work confidently on their own

·      Be confident in ensuring the safety of all people on site, including themselves
