Kathmandu International Study Centre (KISC) is a co-educational school which is BSO and MSA accredited, and serves more than 200 students aged 4-18, from over 20 countries. It is a school with a Christian ethos, flowing out of its mission, vision and values.
KISC comprises a Primary and Secondary School, as well as a Teacher Training establishment, called EQUIP. Our mission is to provide excellent education, primarily for the international mission community and Nepali school communities, based on KISC values. Through our schools and the EQUIP programme, students and staff are helping to transform children’s lives, as well as making a positive impact on wider Nepali society.
We are seeking an inspiring, enthusiastic and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join a well established and successful Department. This position involves teaching Mathematics across the Secondary school. Experience teaching IGCSE is strongly preferred.

- At least 2 years of experience teaching Maths.

Secondary Teachers are expected to facilitate high quality learning in line with the school's mission, vision and values. As such, the purpose of a teacher at KISC is to:

A local cost of living allowance is provided which covers basic living expenses, but in the majority of cases our expatriate staff raise additional funds either through supporting churches/agencies, or through their own savings.
We cover the cost of a flight to and from Kathmandu at the start and end of two years of service. We also cover visa and work permit fees (visa post holder) and his/her dependent children who study at KISC, if required. In addition, we provide medical & travel insurance.

Kathmandu International Study Centre (KISC) is a culturally diverse, not-for-profit educational organisation that provides an excellent education for primary and secondary students. We deliver an internationally accredited curriculum to approximately 220 students who come from around 20 different countries.
