Horbury Academy is seeking to appoint a Mental Health Support Officer to support the improvement of the physical and psychological wellbeing of our pupils to enable them to effectively access education, working in partnership with pupils, parents, families and specialist services.

As the Mental Health Support Officer, you will promote awareness across the Academy of mental health issues whilst working alongside the inclusion team and supporting small groups of pupils who are not accessing mainstream lessons.

The Accord Multi Academy Trust was established in September 2016 and is currently made up of five academies that were the founding members of the Trust. The Trust is committed to providing world-class education for all our young people within our community, and as such, we recognise the pivotal role that our staff team have in this respect.
