The names of the buildings reflect the life and death of the college's patron, St Thomas More. The college is surrounded by extensive playing fields and grassed areas, and our Badge represents the commitment of Saint Thomas More to his Catholic faith and principles as expressed before his execution in 1535: "...Bonus Dei Servitor Prius..." "...the King's good servant but God's first..." Saint Thomas More was filled with the courage of the Holy Spirit and gave his life for his faith. In our college we strive to live out our Christian ideals and faith because only by doing that will we grow as a Christian community.

All staff are supported by a Senior Management team. There is a strong team of support staff including teaching support staff, secretaries, librarian/reprographics assistant, ICT, ADT and Science technicians, caretakers, lunchtime assistants, cleaners and kitchen staff.
