Ashton Sixth Form College seeks to appoint an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and passionate MIS Developer and Systems Analyst to work in our MIS team. You will be joining the college at an exciting time, at the beginning of a new three-year strategic phase. We have much to build upon: the college has an excellent reputation, a strong track record of outcomes for students, an aspirational and supportive ethos, a hugely dedicated and talented staff, and of course, Ofsted ‘outstanding’ status. The challenge of this role is to strengthen the already well-established and successful work done in MIS by supporting all college systems and ensuring the smooth running of all functions.

This role will appeal to someone who has a background in developing and coordinating IT systems, with an understanding of the educational context in a Sixth Form or GFE college. A recent maths or computer science graduate, or someone with knowledge and experience working in a college MIS team will be ideal for this role. We are looking for someone with the drive and passion to deliver outstanding support that enables our commitment to providing the best possible education and experience for all students and staff. The role will involve working with senior and middle leaders to support all aspects of their work with MIS, developing systems to help drive up standards and outcomes.

If you feel you share our values and want to be part of a dedicated and committed team, ensuring that students fulfil their potential, then we would love to hear from you.

Closing date for applications:            Thursday 31st October 2024

Interviews to take place:                   Monday 4th November 2024 9am
