Music Administrator
Grade 4: £7,545 per annum, inclusive of Crawley Market Supplement
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join our Music department.
This post is permanent and part-time, 13 hours per week, term time only. The hours are to be worked between 8am and 3pm as agreed. The post-holder will also provide support at after school events (eg concerts) as the need arises.
The Music Administrator will:
• provide administrative support to the department
• provide support to students during practical work
• oversee the maintenance and repair of musical instruments and devices in the department and support in the operation of equipment where necessary
• liaise with stakeholders such as parents and external companies where necessary
Our Music Administrator must have good communication and IT skills. Experience of technical skills and working in a similar role would be an advantage
A full support network and training programme will be provided to the successful applicant.
