This is a great time to be joining our 'Good' school, the perfect opportunity for a hard-working individual, who is looking to support our school community. As Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the administrative functions of the academy run efficiently and effectively. You will strategically manage the reception staff, systems, and processes.

We are looking for someone who -

- Has a calm and professional manner

- Works well under pressure

- Works well in a team and individually

- Provides a professional welcome to all visitors as the first point of contact and Can communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders

- Has a warm and caring nature with the ability to develop positive relationships with pupils and colleagues

Grestone Academy is a mixed primary for children aged 3-11, located in Birmingham, West Midlands. The school became an academy on 1 October 2013, governed by a local governing body that includes parents, members of staff and representatives from its sponsor, Hamstead Hall Academy Trust.

In January 2016, Grestone Academy opened its Nursery which is open to pupils for 15 hours free childcare per week the term after children turn 3. We also offer 30 hour places for free to working parents.

Grestone Academy offers two forms of childcare facilities, which operate before and after the school day.
