Job overview
We are seeking a competent administrator to join our busy front office team to provide confidential support to the headteacher and Senior Leadership Team and assist with the administrative and organisational processes within the school. They will also act as the initial point of contact for parents, visitors and other stakeholders so will be an ambassador for the school and embody the value, vision and ethos of the school in all interactions.
In addition to general office duties and frontline support for staff, parents and pupils, tasks will include ensuring that safer recruitment processes are completed.
Our ideal applicant will have experience of working in an office environment, preferably within an education setting, and have excellent organisation and ICT skills to enable them to manage a varied workload. Some experience of using Arbor or other MIS system and the ability to enter data and run reports is essential. Please see the job description for full details.
