ABOUT THE ROLE
The Personal Assistant plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of the school.
Working closely with the Assistant Headteacher to support the Quality of Education, the role holder will be responsible for:
· Organising Calendars
· Attending meetings
· Recording key information
· Developing resources
· Liaising with other staff
· Handling simple data
· Supporting Reception
A key part of the role is being proactive – anticipating, forward planning and communicating what is required in good time. As situations arise, there will also be the need to be reactive and deal with dynamic situations in a timely, calm and professional manner
In addition, the role holder will be expected to be able to cover a wide range of administrative tasks
ABOUT YOU
The role requires a proactive and efficient Personal Assistant who has proven experience and takes great pride in a job well done. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will use your own initiative and work professionally to resolve issues.
You will be required to provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and in-line with the wider trust approach, total quality is expected in everything you do.
The work is varied, highly rewarding and you will work directly for one of our Assistant Headteachers who has key responsibilities within the school.
You will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, effective time management and be able to prioritise and balance a variety of tasks.
We are looking for someone who is educated to A level standard as a minimum, with GSCE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
