PA to Deputy Head (Partnerships and Public Benefit)

This is a new and exciting opportunity to work as PA to the Deputy Head (Partnerships and Public Benefit) and help with the efficient running of the partnerships department as the school seeks to significantly grow its public benefit work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with first class organisational and administrative skills. Previous experience working in the education sector is not essential but would be beneficial.

Salary: Competitive plus benefits.

Hours: Full time; 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, including one hour for unpaid break.

The role is offered (as a minimum) as term time + 4 weeks, however full time may be considered. Candidates should make any preference clear in their application. The ability to work on occasional Saturday mornings would be desirable.

St Paul’s School was founded in 1509 and currently occupies a large site in Barnes, south-west London. A selective independent school, it provides an education for boys aged 7-18 and has boarding facilities for a small number of its students.

Prospective entrants are usually expected to pass online and/or written examinations across a range of subjects, as well as undergoing an interview with a senior member of staff. In order to improve accessibility for students from poorer backgrounds, a wide range of bursaries and scholarships are available for boys who reach the required academic standard.
