Packwood Haugh School has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Personal Assistant to provide outstanding professional administrative, secretarial, and organisational support to the Headmaster.

This is a diverse and rewarding role that oversees effective personal assistance support to the Headmaster. This will involve a range of responsibilities including diary and calendar management, call handling and welcoming visitors, preparing reports, papers and presentations and handling a wide range of correspondence. You will also help organise meetings, compose agendas and undertake occasional minute-taking, as well as perform a range of administrative duties relating to the daily running and strategic development of the School.

We are looking for a highly organised, trustworthy individual with a can-do attitude and a calm disposition, with previous experience in a PA or similar role. You will be a proactive solution-finder and an accomplished communicator, with strong professional values and skills in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. You will also be a strong typist who is fully conversant in Microsoft Office. A formal ICT qualification such as an ECDL/NVQ or the equivalent experience is also essential.
