Job overview

Eaton House The Manor Nursery is a spacious, bright, modern, purpose-built building which is alive with boys and girls who are happy, independent and curious learners.

Each child is supported and encouraged, quickly gaining independence and confidence and soaring past their educational milestones.

Every day is new and exciting, and The Manor Nursery is a hive of constant activity. Every child is challenged at their own level and the staff take a ‘sky is the limit’ view of learning development. Individual and small group work allows us to constantly differentiate between pupils, so that every child is encouraged at his or her own pace.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hard working part-time Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our team for September 2024. This role will be initially offered on a fixed-term for one term only, but with the possibility of being extended either in the Nursery or in another school within the Eaton House Group. The hours are 8am-1pm five mornings a week.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an early years setting and will be qualified to Level 3 (as a minimum). They will get to be part of a dynamic and inspiring team and work within an energetic, caring environment where you will be required to think on your feet and use initiative.

Successful candidates may be contacted prior to the application deadline date.

When completing the application form please ensure that the form is completed in full. Incomplete reference sections, education history or employment history sections may result in your application being disregarded.

A completed application form should be submitted via the TES jobsite or sent by email to the HR Assistant, Miss Amelia Smallwood (Tel: 0207 924 6000; email: asmallwood@eatonhouseschools.com)

Eaton House is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the DBS.
