Pastoral Intervention Manager

As a Pastoral Intervention Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting student behavior and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supporting the Heads of Year, implementing effective intervention strategies, and working closely with the Assistant Headteacher to uphold and enhance our school's high standards.
