What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a highly competent and enthusiastic PE Coach to join our successful School. You will support our PE curriculum leader to organise and prepare Educational visits, fixtures as well as provide help for students with Special Educational Needs. This role also involves working individually with students by delivering small group intervention programmes.

 

Applicants must be fully competent in Literacy and Numeracy and possess a kind and compassionate nature. Experience in first aid and sport or fitness and health related qualifications would be beneficial, but not essential.

 

It is essential that the post holder has excellent interpersonal skills. They will have experience working closely with students with the ability to foster positive links to help them realise their academic potential and support their pastoral needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to gain experience of working in the education sector and has a passion for improving outcomes for young people.
