Solent Academies Trust is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. This role will be dedicated to supporting the Chief Executive Officer in her role of leading five SEN schools, in Portsmouth, Chichester and Basingstoke.

You will be part of the Central Team based at our new offices in Cosham, however there will be a requirement to travel to any of our sites.

The ideal candidate will be professional, personable and resilient. You will be confident establishing good working relationships with the Executive Team and stakeholders at all levels and will have excellent interpersonal skills

You will need to be a self-driven, enthusiastic and a highly organised individual who possess excellent time management skills. You will have the ability to work well under pressure and have a sound understanding of the importance of confidentiality. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of competency in various ICT programmes and be a strong communicator.

Previous Personal Assistant experience working within an educational setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
