Are you a talented and passionate teacher with expertise in Primary with experience of teaching a British curriculum?


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dynamic and innovative lessons in Primary
  • Utilise diverse teaching methods and instructional materials to engage students and enhance understanding.
  • Design and update the Primary curriculum to align with educational standards and goals.
  • Offer enrichment activities and challenges for high-achieving students.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
  • Establish and enforce rules and procedures to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Track and analyse student performance to identify areas for improvement and tailor instruction accordingly.
  • Communicate student progress to parents and guardians through regular progress reports and parent-teacher meetings.
  • Incorporate educational technology and online resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on new methodologies, curriculum changes, and advancements in the field of teaching.
  • Inspire and motivate students to develop a positive attitude toward school and their own learning.
  • Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and a growth mindset among students.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
  • Teaching Diploma / PGCE and relevant experience in teaching Primary.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • A genuine passion for the arts and a commitment to nurturing students' artistic growth.
