Are you an inspirational teacher who can lead our children to success? BC Academy in Dubai is searching for an enthusiastic, innovative and forward-thinking practitioner who can work with our amazing Year 1- Year 6 students. The ideal candidate will be an experienced teacher with a QTS and an expert in all aspects of the British Curriculum.

BC Academy is a unique education provider. The network was founded twelve years ago to provide multilingual education to kindergarten children. Since then it has grown into a seven-campus establishment, with two International Schools, 5 Kindergartens and a new campus in Umm Suqeim2, Dubai that has opened in 2024.

Our requirements

• A relevant degree and qualification
• Working experience - 2 years or more
• Experience of current UK initiatives and developments
• Strong emphasis and desire to be outstanding in learning and teaching and believe that children have the potential to reach the highest of expectations when in the right environment
• Capacity to support creative learning and to focus on developing 21st-century learning environments and innovation skills
• Confidence in using IT to motivate and extend student’s learning experiences
