Principal - Middle High School

ACS International School Doha seeks to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and creative Principal to lead our Middle & High School Division. ACS Doha is an IB World Continuum school, offering the PYP, MYP, DP & CP.

The Principal works closely with the Head of School to oversee the daily operations of the Middle & High School, Grades 6-12. This leadership position is responsible for all aspects of Middle & High School operations including parent relations, faculty support and development, staff evaluation, and pedagogical leadership. This position has direct responsibility for student conduct and wellbeing and will strive to ensure that staff, students and parents understand the School’s expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• An appropriate Master’s degree (or equivalent) in leadership

Experience and Knowledge

• Demonstrated knowledge of challenges facing middle schools, curriculum development, middle school pedagogy, and best practices
• Line management skills and interest in school administration
• Clear commitment to wellbeing, health & safety, and safeguarding/ Child Protection
