Pupil Specific TA

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced & resilient pupil specific TA, to join us. 

We are looking for an individual that would be interested in supporting a wonderful young person with complex needs.  

The ideal candidate will have a desire to create opportunities and enjoyment for our amazing young person allowing them to live their best life. 

You should also have experience of working with children who have learning disabilities and complex needs, who may need support to understand how to keep safe. 

All our TA posts provide the opportunity to develop into other roles. 

As a pupil specific TA some of your day-to-day activities will include: 

• Assisting and encouraging the children with their engagement for learning; developing knowledge through meaningful and real experiences 
• Supporting the children with any barriers to learning which may include their anxiety or sensory processing challenges 
• Supporting the assessment and evidencing of pupil's attainment on their learning journey 

Salary £25,126.40 pro rata. Term time only contract, 36.25 hours per week.  

Giving you a yearly take-home of £19,521.96. This will increase to £21,000 take home after one year of service.
