Working within a small dynamic team, reporting directly to the Director of Assurance and Improvement, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of quality improvement, audit, and performance monitoring systems across the College to ensure outstanding outcomes for students and apprentices.
This is a varied and challenging role that will see the successful applicant play an integral role in the further development of quality improvement across the College.
The successful candidate will be student-focussed, target driven and have a positive attitude. They will develop and support both students and staff to achieve their full potential; they will accept nothing other than brilliant outcomes and levels of performance.
