Reception/ Admissions Officer

We are pleased to announce we are recruiting for an Receptionist/ Admissions Officer to join our dedicated Admissions team on a permanent, full time basis. This is a hybrid role reporting into the Head of Department.

 

Responsibilities

As the college grows in student numbers the need for more support to these students increases, and with that your role within the team is to work with curriculum areas to organise interviews and track and administer applications from the point of entry to registration. Your role will also include, switchboard, reception, management of post, finance processing and other day to day responsibilities.

 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We are looking to bring to our team friendly, hardworking and motivated individuals who have the ability to efficiently process payments and assist with our registration processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team who are passionate in inspiring learners to express and reach their true potential.

You must be able to work productively within a busy environment whilst also managing your time effectively to ensure the needs of learners are met. You must also be able to demonstrate strength in character by being an excellent team player and being able to work well under pressure. Your usual working day will be 10.30 – 19.00 Monday to Thursday with revised hours on Fridays.
