Term Time Only Plus 3 Days – 37 hours per week
Westborough High School is an 11-16 comprehensive school with a passionate commitment to making a difference to children’s lives and ensuring that all pupils have the highest possible learning experience.
We are looking to appoint a highly organised, proactive receptionist, able to multi-task effectively and someone skilled at managing a busy front desk with professionalism and care. You will be joining the school’s business support/admin team and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff, you will ensure that every interaction reflects our school’s commitment to excellence, and provide a welcoming, safe and secure environment as well assisting with general admin support to a wide range of staff.
In this key role you will need to use your multi-tasking and prioritisation skills to carry out a demanding workload whilst ensuring the reception area is well presented and welcoming at all times.
