St Clement’s High School part of West Norfolk Academies Trust are seeking an Receptionist / Administrator.
As a Receptionist you will be the first point of call for visitors to the school. You should be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the School in a professional and friendly manner.
Other duties will include administrative and clerical routines, with particular emphasis on reception/switchboard duties. It is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and have a can do approach to work. They will also be trained to provide first aid for students and staff as necessary.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours/weeks : 37hours – 39 weeks /year.

The school is located in the village of Terrington St Clement which is approximately seven miles from the historic town of Kings Lynn, from where there are regular train links to London and Cambridge. The picturesque North Norfolk coastline is also within easy travelling distance.
